1. Using GymGift

GymGift lets you buy a digital gift card that a recipient can redeem for a fitness experience at a participating partner business. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these terms.

2. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the delivery date and can be redeemed once, in full, at any active partner business. Gift cards have no cash redemption value and can't be resold.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. GymGift does not store your card details. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

4. Partner businesses

Partner businesses are independent businesses responsible for delivering the redeemed experience. GymGift facilitates the booking and payout but is not responsible for the conduct of individual businesses.

5. Cancellations

Purchased gift cards can't be cancelled or refunded once sent, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
