Most fitness gifts fail before they’re opened. You buy a membership to a studio you’ve never visited, on a hunch about a business you think the person might like, and hope it lands. Half the time it doesn’t — the location is wrong, the class times don’t fit, the vibe isn’t theirs.
GymGift splits the decision in two. You choose the occasion and the amount — the part that’s actually about them. They choose the business — the part that only works if it fits their life, not yours. Neither half gets to overrule the other.

Anonymous storefronts, ever
Every partner business on GymGift is checked against the Australian Business Register before it can list, and paid out through Stripe — no anonymous storefronts, no businesses that ghost after a redemption. We won’t sell a single consumer gift card until we’ve confirmed 500 verified partner businesses nationally, spread properly across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide, so a recipient searching their own suburb finds real options, not a handful of pins in the next city over.
We’re starting in Australia’s five capitals because that’s where we can hold that standard properly. Built to grow beyond them, once we can say the same thing there too.
